This building was constructed about 30 years ago. The local government allowed it to be used for a gym about 25 years ago. Its purpose has been to supply a place for youth to socialize and exercise after school. The manager charges people less then 30 cents for admission which is easily affordable for children, but not enough for making improvements to the gym itself.
